Carom offers a touch of summer with their new solarium-inspired space The Glasshouse.
Londoners! We are delighted to inform you that the summer sunshine has arrived, and it will be with us everyday for the next three months! Well, almost. The Glasshouse at Carom is the next innovative pop-up to join London’s foodie scene and is set to encompass the best bits of summer in one beautifully designed, solarium-inspired space.
Colourfully decorated with luscious foliage, bright blossom and bursts of red and fuchsia – The Glasshouse is designed to capture the feelings and effects of summer. With SAD lamps, spirits will be uplifted and rejuvenated, despite the weather outside. Even the cocktail menu has been designed to incorporate sunshine! Try the Grape Julep (a much-needed dosage of vitamin D) - mint and grape mixed with cognac and peach liquor.
A chilli-infused menu created by the connoisseur of pan-Indian cuisine Vishnu Natarajan, will accompany the thirst-quenching exotic drinks list with a mixture of hot and spicy and classic Indian food. We recommend the Malabar jumbo tiger prawns with a side of Carom’s Bukhara naan.
Guests can expect to enjoy all of this in a beautiful setting with wrought iron gates, a whimsical lovers swing, underneath an incredible glass ceiling. The Glasshouse will be at Carom from now until September.
