The pop up are on a quest to serve a slice of the deep south to the big smoke. The food is inspired by New Orleans - known the world over for its music and effervescence - was the birthplace of Jazz, Blues and Rock 'n' Roll. The collaborators behind the pop up are hoping to emulate the city's party spirit in London.
Taking inspiration from the rhythms of New Orleans, with live music and a devilishly alternative Christmas dinner atop huge banqueting tables. The rules are non-existent, and merry-makers are expected to dance the night away and sing at the top of their voices. Expect belting waitresses and communal dining. (There's a secret absinthe bar too...)
Alternative US Christmas dishes include candied yams and Big Pot Shrimp Boil, best slurped down with a notorious Crescent City cocktail.
In addition to the Reveillon feasts, there are also Sunday Roasts cooked up by award-winning chef, Andy Duncan of Hatchetts, Mayfair, and a special dinner in support of child.org on 30th November.
