A first look at Supreme X Nan Goldin
Following last week's release of their collaboration with Undercover and Public Enemy, cult streetwear brand Supreme has announced a new artist series collaboration with gritty American photographer Nan Goldin; and the eyes of skaters and photography wizzes alike are glinting with anticipation.
Nan Goldin's body of work epitomises bohemian life in downtown NYC in the seventies and eighties, and she was a devout chronicler of love in an era of uncertain sexuality, violence, intoxication and death.
A selection of Goldin's photographs (taken from her book 'The Ballad of Sexual Dependency') have been superimposed onto skateboards, jackets, hoodies and t-shirts for the collection, which will be available to purchase in-store and online from the 29th of March.
