Those unable to make the Cadogan Halls' Paddington Bear on Saturday 20 December shouldn't worry. The very next day, the glorious music of the beloved children's film, The Snowman, will be filling every crook and cranny of Cadogan Hall courtesy of a live orchestral accompaniment.
Projected onto a big screen, the famous wordless film will be shown before the Mozart Symphony Orchestra who will be playing along to the original score and everyone's favourite Christmas song - Walking In The Air.
Broken into two parts, the second half of the performance will be featuring a performance of Prokofiev's Peter and the Wolf, a Russian folk story traditionally accompanied by both narrator and orchestra, which tells the story of a little brave boy who encounters a monstrously terrifying wolf.
