The last of Beethoven's five piano concertos is played by Paul Lewis with the BBC Philharmonic under Ben Gernon. The concert concludes with Brahms's beautiful Symphony No. 2, and opens with a new work by Tansy Davies (pictured), a leading British composer, based on her 9/11 opera Between Worlds.
