London outdoor exercise classes to book
Digme Outdoors, Covent Garden
Digme Fitness was one of the first major gyms to switch its studios for the online sphere and offer a wide range of classes on IGTV in the face of the coronavirus pandemic. The high-end studio – which recently acquired Another Space gym from Third Space – is now offering exclusive outdoor classes in the lead up to reopening. Based in Covent Garden, the al fresco workouts comprise weekly HIIT and yoga classes, which are open to just five attendees per session. The classes are running from 21 July until 26 August, and those who take part will leave with a VIP goody bag filled with healthy treats.

Frame Alfresco, Kings Cross
Boutique London fitness favourites Move Your Frame have teamed up with Coal Drops Yard at King's Cross to create an outdoor studio, with classes running from 1 July. To keep things intimate, with 'social fitnessing' distances between participants, each class will have five spaces available. Touch-free sanitising stations and deep cleaning for the equipment mean you can sweat safely.
Expect a lively mix of Rebounding, Barre, Dance Cardio, 80s Aerobics, Ass and Abs and Strength classes on the timetable, with more options to be added soon.

Or pump your muscles with Bodyweight/HIIT, which will work out your whole body.
