Beloved health club and gym, Third Space, has just opened a studio in Mayfair, and it has teamed up with world-class cycling brand Wattbike to offer an indoor cycling experience like no other.
You can look forward to live feedback, individual coaching and a Himalayan sea-salt-walled sauna to soothe worn-out muscles post-workout.

4. Movementum at The Spa at Mandarin Oriental
One of the most exciting premium studio launches is Movementum, opening its doors at the Mandarian Oriental Spa this January. It's the first studio focused entirely on movement health and the key trainer is Hollywood's go-to David Higgins, so expect cutting-edge expertise and advice alongside your workout.

5. cyKO at Raffles Chelsea
If you struggle to find motivation for the gym but have no problem vigorously dancing your troubles away until 6am then this class is for you.
Launching in January and hosted inside one of London's most prestigious nightclubs, Raffles, this intense 45-minute spin class incorporates strobe lighting and lasers and will leave you mightily invigorated (minus the hangover).
