Catastrophe returns this Tuesday to Channel 4
Rob Delaney and Sharon Horgan come back to their hilarious Channel 4 comedy for its fourth and possibly final run
How much more catastrophic can Catastrophe get? Over the past few years, the series has grown into one of Channel 4's best loved comedies, praised for its dark and funny depiction of domestic life. Now the show is returning for its fourth, and possibly final, series.
What's Catastrophe series 4 about?
Written by its stars Rob Delaney and Sharon Horgan, Catastrophe started with Rob and Sharon having a one-night stand, resulting in Sharon becoming pregnant. The two reluctantly decide to be a couple.
The third series ended with the revelation that Rob, a recovering alcoholic, had started drinking again and crashed his car. Series four picks up the pieces as Rob is charged with community service and enters AA, while Sharon is left alone to look after the kids.
