Vietnamese pancakes at Viet Grill and Cây Tre
What's the scoop? Vietnam aren't known for their pancakes but this Tuesday Vietnamese restaurant Viet Grill will serve a 'Banh Xeo' with coconut and tumeric rice, with traditional red sea prawns and button mushrooms and ... pork belly. If you're stepping away from sugar and lemon then experiment with an Asian take on a British tradition.
