In anticipation of May 7, we asked our favourite figures in the arts to tell us what makes Britain feel like home.
What loosens your stiff upper lip, brings a tear to your eye and stirs your Britishness?

"there is a piece of music - Vaughan Williams 'The Lark Ascending (terribly populist I know!) - that gets to me and reminds me of my school whilst perfectly encapsulating the British countryside."
