Starting in July, Kew Gardens will host a series of events for their Endless Summer Family Fun program. From arts and crafts to virtual reality treetop climbing tours, to outdoor theatre experiences, there's no better way to reconnect with nature this summer while staying within the city.

Enjoy theatre al fresco

See the classic Dickensian story of the orphaned Oliver Twist at Reagent's Park Open Air Theatre this summer for a musical romp through Victorian London. Part of a two-play Charles Dickens season beginning with a Tale of Two Cities (for adults), Oliver Twist created for everyone age six and over is sure to leave the whole family asking for more.

Take them to Prom

The BBC Proms are very different from their American counterparts. The 'World's Greatest Classical Music Festival' takes place at the Royal Albert Hall, starting in July and runs until September. Our family friendly picks are Prom 10: Beethoven & Strauss and Prom 19: Relaxed Prom.

Spider-Man: Homecoming

Spider-Man will be swinging into cinemas this summer, after making his Marvel Universe debut in Avengers: Civil War. Thanks to the short yet memorable cameo, Tom Holland looks set to play the best Peter Parker yet in this all-new action revamp.
