Yummm! at the Lyric Hammersmith

Yummm! is an energetic dance theatre show which celebrates the joys of food and eating together. This production is the work of the innovative Tell Tale Hearts theatre company, whose touring shows succeed in engaging and inspiring young children with their original blend of imagination and interactivity.

We think children will delight in the charmingly quirky world conjured up before them, in which tables can dance, plates spin and table legs become musical instruments. Featuring live music, contemporary dance, puppetry and vibrant stage design, this production presents all of the fun and messiness of family mealtimes, providing the perfect opportunity for you to indulge your silly side!

As if all of this excitement wasn’t enough, each performance is followed by an optional Messy Play activity, where kids can get stuck in and explore playing with fun utensils for themselves. You can catch this touring show at a number of theatres this autumn, including the Lyric Hammersmith.

On each date, there will bean earlier performance of 35 minutes, suitable for infants of under 4 years,and a later performance of 45 minutes for children of 4–8 years old.
