Wilfred Bagshaw's Time Emporium, Aynhoe Park

Take a step back in time this March, as intrepid time-traveller Wilfred Bagshaw invites you to his ancestral home near Banbury, Oxfordshire, in the next instalment of the incredibly successful Time Emporium

Guests are invited to his 17th century manor house, Aynhoe Park, for an evening of immersive entertainment. You’ll discover curios gathered from every corner of the world, not to mention meeting some of history’s most famous faces as you flit from era to era.

Adventurers will be greeted with a glass of champagne to prepare them for their trip, as they travel from Egypt to Constantinople to Rome and beyond. Bagshaw is also offering up a range of food for those who need sustenance for the journey.

As the stories of times gone by unfold around you, the guests become the heart of the action, and the braver among you can change the fate of the characters you meet. But remember, time is fragile and such travelling is dangerous - there is always someone who would rather you didn’t intervene.

Organised by Disappear Here, a collaboration between the Winterwell Festival and pervasive gaming company the Tom Sawyer Effect, the Time Emporium promises an evening of excellent entertainment with a thrilling narrative.

Tickets are £65 and include a champagne reception. However, with only three nights - 13, 14 and 15 March - and only 150 places available for each one, they are sure to sell out quickly. Transport to the venue isn’t included, but guests can get a return coach trip from the Hilton Hotel on Holland Park Avenue in London for £20.
