Kilburn's Kiln Theatre stages a play about the struggles of a generation of South Asian British men in a post-Thatcher era
Set within a shabby minicab office in the North of England, shortly after the death of Margaret Thatcher, Mansha buys his lifelong friend's business, but as work falters, their relationship begins to collapse.
Directed by Pooja Ghai and written by the award-winning Ishy Din, who won the Best New Play award for Snookered at Manchester Theatre Awards, the drama unveils the day to day hardships of a post-industrial generation of British men.
The cast consists of names such as Nicholas Khan, Karan Gill, Rina Fatania, Nicholas Prasad, Maanuv Thiara and Kammy Darweish.
