Living London presents the very best of London's creative talents in an eye-opening and multifaceted exploration of the city, spanning the beautiful and the bizarre. As a collaboration between City of London Festival and Poet in the City, the evening has a topological focus. Hawaiian-born but London-based artist Stacey Makishi will give a live performance. Her work is both challenging and funny and explores the ways in which the quotidian becomes extraordinary. Orwell Prize-winning writer and performer Femi Martin will present some of her flash fiction, the concise and condensed form for which she is known. And Antosh Wojcik Roundhouse Poetry Slam Champion and part of the Barbican's Young Poets Programme will read his poetry.
