Frieze London is becoming one of the most stylish event of the year
Frieze opening day is as much about looking at the people as it is about looking at the art
Neutral coloured trousers
The beige shade trousers are very much in fashion this season. Tailored, wide, silky, tapered or straight, many different combinations were on display and each one was very convincing. We liked the slouchy tailored trousers worn with heels and a tank top or the cropped cotton ones worn with The Row brown chunky boots.
Bright touch
Bringing a touch of bright colour in your outfit may seem easy be we reckon it is a work of art. Spot the delicate red loafers worn with a pale rose cardigan or the plain cotton orange tote bag worn with a suede jacket. There is always the option to pair your trench with neon Birkenstock!
Statement coats
Oversized, double breast, paired with trainers or platform boots.
Chunky boots
Worn with skirts or cropped trousers, Chelsea model, laced or with a zip, chunky boots were everywhere...
Jeans in all shape or form
Jeans were on display in all their glory. We loved the Gucci flare worn with a bomber jacket and the high rise barrel leg worn with kitten heels pumps.
Ball gown and maxi skirt
Spectacular dresses and printed maxi skirts won us over. They were worn casually or with panache. We are sold!
Playful knits
We've mentioned our love for intarsia jumpers before so we were delighted to spot so many colourful knits.
Accessories accessories
A sombre suit but with a handbag, red socks, orange collar, colourful trainers... menswear's style is all in the detail.
Trousers with a twist
Fluid printed trousers are making a comeback. Paired with matching handbags and chunky boots.
The shawl effect
A trend we didn't see coming but that combines elegance and comfort.
Midi skirts in all their glory
Pleated, printed, worn with heals or comfi trainers
