Due to ongoing concerns over Covid-19, Balance Festival has been postponed until October 2020

The three-day wellness festival will leave revelers glowing, revitalized and enlightened about mental and physical health. London's Old Truman Brewery will be transformed into a hub of workshops, activities, ath-leisure and nutrient-rich pop-up restaurants.
Find the work-out to make you fall in love with exercise as the stars of the fitness industry take it in turns to lead classes on the Main Stage. Previous incarnations of the festival have welcomed diva-style dance from Boss's Bonnie Parsons, high-octane cardio courtesy of Ministry of Sound and restorative yoga from Mind Body Bowl's Annie Clarke. Plus, there are boutique mini studios where you can experience some of London's chicest gyms, including Barry's Bootcamp, Boom Cycle and Third Space.
Flex and stretch your mind with the programme of talks in The LAB, where you can learn the art of mindfulness, the fundamentals of achieving a healthy relationship with food or even the tips and tricks required to turn social media into your job. While over in The Meditation Dome, it’s all about breathing deeply and finding zen.
Once you've worked up an appetite, feast your way through the samples at The Market and choose from the oh-so-virtuous selection of protein shakes, fresh juices and hearty salads on offer at The Refuel Café or The Balanced Kitchen. Those who'd like to boost their own culinary skills will find plenty of inspiration and practical tips in the Live Cooking Theatre, where past years have seen healthy eating gurus Deliciously Ella, Tess Ward and Jasmine Hemsley lead demonstrations.
And save time for shopping – in The Locker Room you'll find plenty of stylish active-wear brands with leggings, crop tops and sweats that will look as good on Instagram as in the gym.
