The Iron Man, Unicorn Theatre
Animation and puppetry combine in the new captivating production of The Iron Man at the Unicorn Theatre
The Unicorn Theatre is a Culture Whisper favourite: a creatively challenging, unpatronising, and witty theatre for children that's given us outstanding shows including Baddies the Musical this Christmas.
ForJanuary, an innovative adaptation of poet Ted Hughes' story The Iron Man is set to arrive courtesy of animation artist Matthew Robins, who returns to the Unicorn with handmade paper-cut silhouettes, puppetry and stop-motion animation following his production of Something Very Far Away in 2014.
The Iron Man is a magical and heartwarming tale of a young boy's endeavour to tame a mighty metal monster. Watch the trailer below for a sneak peak at the Iron Man himself.
Early tickets already have limited availability so book now to avoid disappointment.
Suitable for children aged 8+
