Everyone's favourite floorboard-dwellers will take to the Polka Theatre's Main Stage this summer with original songs, puppetry, and plenty of suspense.
Our heroine Arrietty has spent her whole life in hiding, dreaming of the outdoors. When her father takes her upstairs to learn the tricks of the borrowing trade, Arrietty befriends a human boy. This results in unmitigated disaster as the "human beans" threaten to expose the Borrowers and destroy their way of life. It's time for a tiny escape!
