Syon Park's Enchanted Woodland
West London's Syon Park is transformed into a winter wonderland this November with illuminations and magical merriment
This year, West London's Syon Park will once again light up for the winter, in the 15th instalment of its Enchanted Woodland. See the 600-year-old gardens illuminated by specially designed lights which truly transform the 400-year-old tree specimens into a magical wintry forest. A perfect treat to take the family to at this festive time, it only runs for three weekends in November – not December – so blink and you'll miss it.
The route around the park takes half an hour at a speedy pace, but we think it's far better to take it slow and soak up the festive forest. You can also enjoy a hot chocolate or mulled wine in the Garden Kitchen Restaurant. Remember to wrap up warmly and wear comfortable shoes.
