Following a stellar run for last year's Cinderella, Richmond Theatre is taking on a new challenge for their Christmas pantomime, and this year it's Sleeping Beauty is in the house.
Maureen Lipman (The Pianist, Educating Rita, Coronation Street) will return to the stage as the Wicked Fairy alongside Richmond Theatre favourite, Chris Jarvis as Chester the Jester. Little ones will recognise Chris from CBeebies.
This is the timeless story of the bewitched Princess Beauty, locked in a tower awaiting true love's first kiss. There'll be big song and dance numbers, fairytale costumes and a touch of magic, so the pantomime will be perfect for restless tots this Christmas.
