Fortnum & Mason presents a Charlie & Lola tea party

Fortnum & Mason are celebrating the launch of the newest Charlie & Lola book with a fabulous themed afternoon tea party in the famous Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon.
The charming children's series Charlie & Lola is beloved by kids and parents alike and will be brought to glorious life at Fortnum & Mason with a selection of themed patisserie. Children can enjoy Charlie & Lola themed cupcakes as well as 'Pink Milk' (Lola's beverage of choice) and other specialities, while adults will be served cream tea and finger sandwiches.
The creator of the ever-popular series, Lauren Child, will be present throughout the afternoon to speak about her creations and sign copies of her new book, the first Charlie & Lola publication in six long years. To round off the fun, a professional storyteller will recount the little guests's favourite stories from the series.
