Come fly the friendly skies and soar over Somerset House this June with free family drop in workshop: Birds Eye View. Multimedia artist Gareth Owen Lloyd, whose work specialises in installation, film, photography, and cutting-edge technology, will lead the day aviation exploration and artistic creation, sending kites, flying machines and any other airborne masterpieces into the sky to look down upon the area.
A programme parter to the London Festival of Architecture, this children's activity encourages youngsters to get to grips with building structures and explore the world of flight, lifting off from balconies and fountains throughout the grounds and building little worlds to explore.
Free for families with accompanied children aged 6-12 years.
