Nomi lives in London but dreams about Baghdad, where her parents are from and were children themselves. She laments that London isn’t like her family’s fantastic stories of flying carpets and shooting stars. But then, over dinner one night, a genie bursts out of a mango pickle jar and Nomi is swept away to Baghdad - on the magic carpet she always dreamed of.
Meet Sinbad and swim in the Tigris with Nomi, on her quest to discover her back story. But what will Nomi do when her three wishes run out? How will she get back home?
