What the Ladybird Heard, Cadogan Hall

Chaos and fun come to Chelsea this summer with this charming stage adaptation of Julia Donaldson's classic storybook.

What the Ladybird Heard, Cadogan Hall

Based on the award-winning picture book by children’s author Julia Donaldson and illustrator Lydia Monks, What The Ladybird Heard comes to Chelsea’s Cadogan Hall this summer as part of its UK tour.

Chaos and fun on the farm are in great supply when two robbers, Hefty Hugh and Lanky Len, conspire to steal the farmer’s prize cow. In a farmyard full of noise, their plot goes unnoticed and it falls to the tiny little ladybird, with a little help from the audience, to save the day.

With the sound team behind smash hit Room on the Broom, the music in this production is a highlight, with some incredibly catchy tunes and actors playing their own instruments on stage.

Suitable for ages two and up, this show is bursting with colour, puppetry and audience participation.
