Tables at contemporary French restaurant Wild Honey are among the most sought after in London right now, what with the restaurant earning its first Michelin star just last month. Ordinarily closed on Sundays, Wild Honey is unlocking its doors on Mothering Sunday, with executive head chef Anthony Demetre cooking up a special three-course lunch for £55pp.
Tuck into dishes including slow-cooked crisp chicken with hand-cut macaroni and black winter truffles; daube of beef in red wine and port with crispy potato gratin; and an exquisite-sounding warm chocolate soup with toasted rice ice cream. Mothers will be presented with a gift-wrapped present from Aspinal of London.

This Mothering Sunday, it's making baklava the order of the day, serving £25 boxes in two delicious flavours: macadamia and rhubarb; and marmalade and pecan. Deliveries will arrive on Saturday 26 in time for the big day.

Scottish girolle arancini; goat cheese and plum chutney sandwich; smoked trout and labneh blinis; and garden herb scones with lobster and crème fraiche are highlights from the savoury portion of the menu.
