Family members' clubs in London you need to know
Family members' clubs offer everything a kid - and their parent - could want, under one very stylish roof. Here are the best family clubs in the city.
Jaego's House, Kensal Rise
This new club pitches itself as 'the perfect sanctuary for the whole family to enjoy' - and there's certainly something for everyone. The kids club, kids cinema and baby hotel offer respite from child-care, while the jungle gym, milk bar and mini chef's table promise adventure and plenty of fuel for fun. But it's the parents' perks we're most excited about - from postnatal fitness classes and one-handed breastfeeding menu to the co-working space, pizza terrace and adult-only cocktail bar. Alongside the facilities, there will be a programme of events such as Mat Leave Wine Tasting, Sleep Training and Weaning Masterclasses and plenty of kids' discos.
Jaego's House is due to open in autumn 2022. The first two rounds of memberships sold out in a flash, but more memberships will go on sale on 11 October 2022

London's hippest mums love Purple Dragon (Victoria Beckham is a member, and back in Harper's toddler days, used to love potato printing with her). There's plenty to inspire the creative child, with a music room, art room, classroom, ball pit of dreams, life-sized doll house, pool, teaching facilities and cafe. Kids can also cook, dance, explore... everything from baby sensory to puppet shows to karaoke is on offer, all under one roof. With dedicated staff ("play buddies") supervising every activity, it can be used as an afterschool club for kids or a parent-child bonding session. Since adult spaces - to work, to relax, to have a coffee - are integrated alongside, the whole vibe just feels convenient, pleasant and practical. There are a few different membership options depending on your needs, from weekdays only to unlimited monthly.
