Brer Rabbit Visits Africa, Puppet Theatre Barge
Brer Rabbit and his travels to Africa fill the Puppet Theatre Barge for the latest puppet show
At Culture Whisper, we're a little bit in love with the Puppet Barge Theatre, located close in Richmond this September. Alongside their latest production of The Ancient Mariner (for older children), Movingstage Marionette Company welcomes their latest show for little ones: Brer Rabbit Visits Africa.
Brer Rabbit travels to Africa to visit his Grandmother, and gets into trouble with the unusual animals he finds there, including elephants, lions and tortoises, who all want to help him.
Narrated by Rudolf Walker, families are invited to join Brer Rabbit on his adventures through the continent for a show written specially for the company.
Suitable for ages 3+
