Become a vet, London Zoo
Indulge their career dreams: kiddies become vets at London Zoo this February half term
This February half term, families are being invited to become vets at London Zoo's brand new Animal Hospital, an exciting role-playing experience for budding veterinarians.
Children help junior vets x-ray and carry out toy treatments, experiencing first-hand the huge variety of work carried out by the Zoo's vets and zookeepers on a daily basis.
The toy practice is staffed with junior vets, prepped with gloves and masks, and a team in the specially created 'surgery'.
Throughout, exciting talks and activities explain everything the Zoo's amazing vets team do to keep the 18,000 animals in tip-top condition - from microchipping meerkats to checking tiger teeth.
Suitable for ages 6+
