The ethos at Ms. Cupcake is that 'everybody deserves great cake.' We happen to agree, and this is just one of the reasons why we can't stop talking about London's first entirely vegan bakery.
Right next to Brixton underground, Ms. Cupcake whips up the kind of light fluffy treats that will make bakers everywhere think 'who needs butter?'. There's much more than just cupcakes, but they are certainly a highlight. Current flavours include pumpkin loaf, jaffa, lavender tea and, our personal favourite, the highly naughty chocolate peanut butter cupcake.
Even if cupcakes aren't your sweet treat of choice, there are plenty of other 'free-from' options to choose from, including muffins, layer cakes and savoury snacks. And the good news is that they have also produced their very own cookbook, so that you can give vegan baking a go at home.
