Camden Oktoberfest, Electric Ballroom

Following two sell-out years, Camden Oktoberfest returns for 2018, taking up a new residency at Camden’s Electric Ballroom. The iconic music venue is being transformed into a fully decked-out, traditional Bavarian beer hall, complete with long wooden tables, bunting and plenty of amber-glowing beer steins.



London favourite Herman ze German is serving up their wursts (that’s German for sausage), with Grilled Black Forest sausage, Currywurst and Brotzel (pretzel alternatives) all available. Meanwhile German brewers Spaten, Löwenbräu and Becks will have their liquid gold flowing throughout the event. The Old Dirty Brasstards – a 10-piece, tweed-clad drum and brass ensemble – is playing covers, classics and ‘oompah’ favourites, and an eclectic mix of DJs, dancing, hilarious challenges and competitions will run from 2 – 9pm.

Camden Oktoberfest is taking over the Electric Ballroom on two Saturdays in October – 13 and 20 – and ticket holders are advised to arrive by 4pm to make the most of the day’s events.
