Zürich meets London Festival, Borough Market

Borough Market's glass market hall gets a continental makeover with a pop up festival showcasing the flavours and produce of Zurich. Set up like a miniature Swiss village, the array of stalls span all kinds of artisanal produce, from edible bouquets (as pretty as they are delicious) to Cervelat sausages made from Zurich's organic city pigs.

Swiss chocolate features heavily and those with a sweet tooth will enjoy trying Tirggel biscuits and Swiss favourite Leibacher gingerbread. Tibits, Zürich's world famous vegetarian and vegan restaurant (which has proved just as popular in Mayfair) has a pop up restaurant serving up the kind of plant-based cuisine that could tempt even the most committed of carnivores.

For those looking for a particularly decadent introduction to both the culture and cuisine, there's a series of Dada Gala Dinners, which serve up a gourmet tasting menu inspired by the rebellious spirit of Dada art.
