Indian spices meet prime English chops in Covent Garden
This winter Ennismore, the people behind the Hoxton Hotel and Egg Break, have set out on a new venture to bring English chops with an Indian twist to Covent Garden.
If the vibe of Egg Break is anything to go by, we can expect laid back dining with a menu made up of hipster-sounding dishes, perhaps with a little more meat on the menu than at Egg Break. With every effort taken to ensure a local-feeling dining experience, Ennismore aims to create a unique community in each of its restaurants and bars.
Inside the look is stripped back pub - but you'll know you're in London when you spy some rather superb statement brass detailing. It's best around the pass, as you enter the kitchen; spy the look in our photo above.
