Sushi Samba, Covent Garden
It's not quite 37 floors above London, like at the Heron Tower, but Sushisamba Covent Garden, which opened in November 2018, is an equally valuable destination restaurant.

This is the restaurant group's seventh Sushisamba, following openings in London, New York, Miami Beach and Las Vegas. The restaurant offers a similar approach to its siblings, with fusion sushi inspired by nations including Japan, Brazil and Peru.

Sushisamba Covent Garden is housed at the Opera Terrace, within the central Market Building. Declaring a new dawn for Covent Garden Market by encouraging Londoners (as well as tourists) in, Sushisamba serves high quality, innovative small plates, ceviche, teradito, sushi and sashimi and larger plates, mostly comprising of cuts of meat from the robata grill. But it's all about the presentation these ornamental dishes have real shine on the plate and suit special occasions.
