Peru at New Heights: LIMA & SUSHISAMBA, Heron Tower
SUSHISAMBA London hosts a one-off supperclub in collaboration with Peruvian Restaurant: London's LIMA.

Heron Tower sushi restaurant SUSHISAMBA has just announced a collaboration with Peruvian restaurant LIMA: this new pop up dinner London's Heron Tower (home to the famous Duck and Waffle restaurant) is playing host to will serve up a mixture of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine atop one of the capital's tallest buildings.
The evening will feature an eight course sharing menu, with live entertainment from DJs. The Sushi Samba menu has been crafted by Claudio Cardoso and Andreas Bollanos, in collaboration with LIMA chefs Virgilio Martinez and Robert Ortiz.
With a welcome Pisco cocktail, the London supper club menu at Sushi Samba will feature the likes of yuzu soy, wasabi pickle, black truffle and yuzu caviar and Scallops Causa with rocoto and asparagus, to name a few of the dishes on offer.
At £150 a ticket it's an indulgent evening, but given the talent on display, it's sure to be a memorable evening.
