Sexy Fish

Reservations lines are now open for Sexy Fish, Richard Caring's Berkeley Square venture

Sexy Fish
Sexy Fish is an intriguing choice of name for a restaurant that bills itself as an embodiment of ‘mid-century glamour and refinement.’ Incongruity aside, though, there’s plenty of reason to be excited about Ivy-owner Richard Caring’s newest venture.

Enjoying a Berkeley Square location, the restaurant is sure to reel in Mayfair's aesthetes. The décor is unabashedly opulent, boasting nautically-minded artwork from the likes of Frank Gehry and Damien Hirst.

Gourmands, meanwhile, are more likely to be enticed by Ben Orpwood's bold and brilliant Asian-inspired fish and seafood menu. For larger appetites, there are plenty of extravagant dishes to choose from. The likes of tartare of tuna belly with soy cured egg yolk and lotus chips are sure to prove popular. But for those feeling a little less hungry, there's a range of smaller street food dishes from skewers to buns.

This October, Sexy Fish opened in glitzy fashion. Kate Moss and Lindsay Lohan were among those in attendance at the launch party, and the hype is showing few signs of dying down. Reservations are now being taken for the 190-capacity dining room so make to sure to find out what all the fuss is about.
