Come summer, London is inundated with al fresco offerings – from beer garden to rooftop restaurant. Selfridges has taken the seasonal change as an excuse to transform their cosy winter mountain retreat into a new summer restaurant, Vintage Salt.

For al fresco food with a view, the new Selfridges Roof Garden pop-up 'Vintage Salt' is one of this summer's most popular options. Perfect for a spot of post-shopping respite, the restaurant (inspired by a Cornish fishing village) boasts a new menu of summer grills, light bites and grainy salads, as well as a luxuriant afternoon tea menu. Selfridges' new Drift Bar also sits beside the restaurant and specialises in 'unabashedly British' G&Tea cocktails, as well as craft beers and English sparkling wine. Light, summery dishes make perfect context for admiring the London skyline and enjoying some summer sun.
