UNA: Just One Table

One Table. One Love. So reads the motto of chef Martin Milesi, the man behind UNA: The One Table Experience. If, then, you're looking for unique places to eat in London on special occasions, look no further than the St. Pancras Clock Tower.
The idea is simple. Bring 12 guests together around one table and allow them to share in a Latin American culinary feast. You can expect the menu to feature catch of the day ceviche with sweet potato, red onion, tiger’s milk and Peruvian “secrets”, black beans pudding accompanies by quinoa and chorizo, and an array of other delights during the meal. But the crowning glory has to be the succulent Argentine beef with cassava, red pepper sauce, smoked garlic, semolina and chimichurri, which sounds a suitably impressive complement to the clock tower's atmospheric venue, and worth the high price. For dessert, you're invited to try out a refreshing and light cucumber sorbet, as well as a delectable-sounding mango curd with basil and chocolate.
