Christabel's Mad Hatter's Brunch

The team behind Christabel's are forging a reputation as curators of some of the best pop-up dining clubs in London, and throughout December they'll be bringing their Mad Hatter's Brunch to a secret location above Regents Canal in N1.
With the emphasis firmly on unique, bespoke and one-off experiences, the Christabel's team craft every detail of their events from scratch, sourcing props, hand-writing menus and going to extravagant means to create foodie adventures like no other. The cornerstone of their upcoming lineup is the Mad Hatter's Brunch, wherein a weird and wonderful menagerie of props and décor will provide the backdrop to a menu devised using the finest locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
December's edition will feature scrambled eggs with honey and thyme, pancakes done two ways, chocolate brownies and Christabel's twist on the timeless brekky essential: the sausage bap, all served up in suitably festive surrounds. We're also promised spectacular views from the venue, which will remain a secret until it is revealed a few days before. Be sure to grab your ticket before they all miraculously disappear.
