Mussel Men, Lobster Tuesdays

Originally a shellfish stall, Mussel Men’s mission is to serve up top-notch British seafood with an informal dining atmosphere, and at a steal of a price. 
Fans of their permanent residency, which commenced earlier this year, will be excited to hear that Mussel Men's special weekly lobster night has just had a re-vamp. Their new Mega Lobster Tuesdays will feature not only succulent lobster, but also live music and welcome cocktails from the intriguing Storm Cupboard (housing whiskey, rum and gin a'plenty). Live music acts are set to accompany the meal, and will be announced via Facebook on a monthly basis: this month they'll be welcoming back the City Shanty Band. They've also promised some 'wee extras', but they're keeping their cards close to their chest: we're officially intrigued. 
The £30 ticket is well worth the price, serving guests with a half lobster served with chunky chips, salad and three topping options. Their normal menu is also available at the Oyster Boys Bar, plus a selection of sweet treats if you're not feeling fully sated. Other entertainment includes a thumb wrestling competition, so guests can settle into the proceedings in true sailor-style. An cosy evening of festivity as the winter months fast approach, Santa Claws is truly coming to town.
