It is getting cold outside, so what better way to warm up than with a decadent wintery cocktail? Soho bar Archer Street is bringing an Alpine touch to its programme by transforming its lower nightclub into Piste - an underground ski resort. However Piste has the added benefit that it can whisk travellers to five destinations in one night.
At each stop off you are welcomed to try one of the bar’s festive drinks. We love the sound of the Apricot and Cinnamon Bellini. If you’d rather something with a little less fizz, go for the Let it Sloe : a combination of sloe gin, lemon, chestnut liqueur, plum liqueur, egg white and grated nutmeg.
