Bobo Social: Burger Brunch + Masterclass

Fast establishing itself as Fitzrovia's best burger joint, BOBO Social is just about to launch yet another great way to experience one of their top-drawer burgers. The Burger Brunch menu, available every Saturday, is perfect for clearing away that hangover, with the opportunity to combine a little pick-me-up drink (Prosecco or BOBO's typically excellent Bloody Mary) with a streamlined selection of their usual burger menu, sides and toppings, for a very reasonable £15.
If you've not eaten burgers the BOBO way yet, this might be just the motivation you need to get down and experience some of London's best high-end burger and small plates concept. As we all know, small plates are big these days, and BOBO's range really is one of the best around. Choose from a selection of beefs, lobster & crab or (for the veggies) the delicious mushroom & truffle patty, each complimented with a remarkable range of toppings (Shitaki mushroom confit, anyone? Truffle compote?), and sides like the irresistible deep fried pickles.
Each and every ingredient is traceably sourced within the UK, including each week's guest burger, created by the winner of every Monday's Experimental Burger Society, a great evening's entertainment and well worth the £25 admission.
Throw in a great selection of starters, desserts and even a mouthwatering array of dessert cocktails, and there really aren't many areas in which BOBO are behind the competition. BOBO Social goes scientific
This Feburary BOBO social is re-launching their Experimental Burger Society with a brand new, scientific twist. Guests are invited to join the head chef in a creative lab, where there will be a meat tasting and a chance for diners to make their own experimental burgers. There will also be a wine pairing starter: the team are leaving nothing out. BOBO's selection of meats range from the exotic, such as kangaroo, zebra, alligator, and ostrich to venison and their own classic rare-breed beef. 
Experimental Burger Society will be taking place every Monday from 2nd February at 6.45-9pm. The £35 ticket includes wine pairing & meat taster, the cookery class & your bespoke burger with salsa.
