Trinity Presents The Last Word, 110 Pennington street

Live jazz bands, classic cocktails and an optional banquet from the Disappearing Dining Club . Held in East London from 30 November - 21 December and featuring the 1920s classic tipple, The Last Word—gin, lime juice, green chartreuse and maraschino liqueur. Also, there’s a host of acclaimed bands and a ten-course banquet for those who dine.

NB: The team is planning an event called Death in the Afternoon (taken from the Ernest Hemingway book) in April 2014 in London, with booking opening from 31 January. Might be one to keep in mind for the future.

Tickets: Free entry before 9.30pm, £6per head for table reservations. £36 for full dining experience
