Orange Buffalo is the brainchild of Mike So and Nick White, who toured the States together before two years ago bringing their experience of Yankee cuisine to East London.
Offering a range of chilli sauces over free range chicken wings, with the essential celery and blue cheese dip, steak cut chips and thick, crispy onion rings, the team keep it simple, play to their strengths and deliver an authentic dining experience that was enough to win them top prize at the inaugural London Wing Fest.
So now they really can lay claim to a title that their devoted fans have been giving them for years now – they really are 'the best wings in London'...
