Diners suspended high above the city

At this restaurant in the sky London gastronomy hits new heights. Dinner in the Sky is a pop-up with real claim to being the most unusual restaurant in London

Enjoy some Michelin standard cooking while floating high above the London skyline with the new Dinner in the Sky pop-up at Canary Wharf this September .

From 12-21 September the pop-up will be hosting parties of 22 people on their luxury floating platforms suspended 100 feet above the London docklands.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner and a special canapé and wine menu will be prepared by one of six award-winning chefs from some of London’s top restaurants.

Breakfast will be the domain of The Modern Pantry ’s resident chef Anna Hansen, while lunch and dinner will be split between five Michelin Star-winning chefs including Atul Kochhar of Benares and Tony Fleming of Angler .

Each different chef brings the unique flavour of their own restaurant to the menu, guaranteeing a taste for every palate. Enjoy a seafood-themed menu from Angler chef Tony Fleming as he serves up shellfish ravioli and scallop ceviche as part of his five course dinner menu, or choose Atul Kocchar’s Michelin Star-winning contemporary Indian cuisine, featuring halibut biryani with gold leaf, and coconut and curry leaf-infused lobster cocktail.

While you’re taking in the spectacular London panorama you will be provided with food and carefully selected wine by the culinary team, including your chef and a sommelier- an intimate experience where you get to observe at close quarters the skills of some of the most decorated chefs in London.
