The latest Beastie Boys & Girls feasting dinner has been announced for October 2016!
London supper club Beastie Boys & Girls comes to Paradise Garage
Beastie Boys & Girls dinners are celebrations of a 'whole beast': a one-off feast on all parts of the animal.
This October will pay homage to the glorious game season. Head chef Simon Woodrow and Sous chef Patrick Williams have created a menu of game birds and will use everything in true beak to claw style.
Starters include 'Game Faggot with Smoked Broth' and 'Pigeon Tartare with Cured Pheasant Egg Yolk', to be followed by more traditional whole-roasted game birds such as grouse, pheasant and mallard from British suppliers.
There will be a bespoke cocktail and wine list carefully chosen to pair with the complex flavours of game, focussed on Burgundy.
