MaE Deli, a Christmas Deliciously Ella Pop Up
Deliciously Ella's MaE Deli pops up this November in Neal's Yard serving up seasonal sweet and savoury treats for plant-based foodies
You might have heard of Deliciously Ella? She's told us all about where to eat raw in London, where to be veggie, and where to get juiced up. This winter she's serving up festive treats in Seven Dials at the MaE Deli pop up.
MaE Deli was founded by Ella 'Deliciously Ella' Woodward and her pro-golfer-come-ethical-financier husband, Matthew Mills. It celebrates natural foods made from simple ingredients. We expect the MaE Deli pop up to be no different.
The store will serve up festive goodies, hot drinks, mince pies, soups and stews to warm your cockles in the chilly weather, and the opening coincides with the Seven Dials Christmas lights switch-on event on Thursday 17 November.
So what's on the menu? Deliciously Ella will be cooking up a hot MaE Bowl with brown rice, Five bean Chilli or Apricot & Cauliflower Dahl, Carrot and Chestnut Soup and Avo Toast, while on the drinks menu you'll find Spiced Mulled Apple and Hot Chocolate as well as a range of healthy and sweet smoothies (Chocolate and Almond Butter anyone?) For sweet-toothed plant-based foodies there'll be Mince Pies, MaE Cookies, Fudgey Brownies and Ella's Energy Balls.
