Tour and tasting at Jensen's gin distillery
Culture Whisper premium members are invited to follow a master distiller on a tour of the Bermondsey Distillery, and stay for a tasting of the award-winning Jensen's Gin.
Jensen's Bermondsey gin is the brainchild of Christian Jensen, whose life's work it is to resurrect and revitalise the lost art of gin distilling, a skilled process that was popular in Bermondsey in the 18th century.
Over the past few years, Jensen's has won many prestigious awards in the capital for their faithful re-creation of 18th-century gin. The distillery is one of the most recognised names in artisanal distilling; Jensen's is produced in small batches, so that the botanicals can be carefully infused.
Members will enjoy a tour and tasting at the distillery with a master distiller, and learn about best practices for gin distillation, as well as how to drink gin properly at home, and how to serve it with the perfect garnish.
Member invite: Four Culture Whisper members are invited to attend Jensen's Gin's Culture Whisper tasting, and plus ones are admitted.
