The Gymkhana Folk to open Brigadiers in Bloomberg Arcade focussing on BBQ Indian food

BBQ Indian food and feasting roasts to share will be among temptations at The Gymkhana & Hoppers' folks latest opening Brigadiers in Bloomberg Arcade.
Charred, smoked and grilled is the name of the game at Brigadiers, which will be cooking up all manner of kebabs, chops, tikka and feasting options for hungry City sorts at new City hotspot Bloomberg Arcade. It is inspired by the army mess bars of India. There will be a strong beer and whisky menu to complement the rich, smoky food.
The kitchens will be fitted out with all manner of wood ovens, tandoors and charcoal grills besides classic Indian smokers.
We're especially looking forward to the choice of kebabs, chops, tikka and "feasting options" like rotisserie duck, wood-roasted suckling lamb and tandoori tomahawk steaks - aka on-the-bone rib steak.
