After 20 years in King's Road, Bluebird is spreading its wings with a new Bluebird in the new White City development on the former BBC Television Centre site early next year and the promise of further Bluebird Cafes on the way.
Executive chef Simon Gregory who runs King's Road will oversee White City as well as King's Road plus Bluebird's debut in New York.
His illustrious pedigree includes working as group executive chef for the Gordon Ramsay Group and running food and drink at The Ace Hotel.
